Obd2experss.co.uk has newly launched KTAG KTM100 V2.13 firmware V7.003 ECU tuning mater kit. The KTM100 is the replacement of KSuite which brings brand-new interface and makes easier operation. Here is the K-tag KTM100 V2.13 software step-by-step instruction.
Software: KTM100 V2.13 (better than Ksuite software)
Firmware: V7.003
Language: English, Italian, Portuguese
NOTE: KTM100 software can only be work with KTAG firmware V7.003 Item No SE80-D.
New KATG KTM100 V2.13 Firmware 7.003 new added feature:
1) New add BMW F chassis petrol and Mercedes-Benz W222 models
2) Software is much easier to use and is very stable. After you connect the car, just choose the large type, KTM100 will recognize the ECU detailed type via ID automatically.
Ktag KTM100 V2.13 ECU programmer Software installation instruction:
Disable both local network and wireless connection (Very important!!!)
1) Install KTAG KTM100 V2.13 setup
Open KTM100 setup in the CD software on My computer
Open KTM100 file, then open KTM100 English file (1st file)
Open KTAG KTM100 setup and install Microsoft Visual C++2005
Install Adobe Reader 7.0.8
Confirm Setup settings and copy file to Local Disk C automatically
2) Install K-tag KTM100 V2.13 driver
Open Driver folder on KTM100 folder and install it
Select Driver language
Click Next
Click Next in Read Me File window
Press Next to start installation
Driver installation is completed, press Finish button
3) Connect KATG ECU tuning kit
Connect the K-TAG ECU programmer with vehicle and wait the system to find the hardware driver and install it
Open My Computer>>Manager>>Device Manager>>Universal Serial Bus controllers>>DimSport-New Trasdata Device to check and make sure there is good communication between K-tag and computer.
4) Run software
Open KTM100 software on the desktop
Press OK when system display an message “Error during the server connection” to continue
Select Options tab to choose the language you want
Check vehicle and ECU type list on Info Plugins tab
Select certain ECU brand and tick Checksum Info button on the bottom, another window will bring the checksum information
Select Interface tab, and select vehicle make, model, engine and year information. Here is example of program VW Bosch EDC17 ECU. Then press ID button, confirm you have selected the correct connection mode
Then the ECU information will fully displayed on the REPORT column
Select read/write ECU via Micro, EEPROM etc on OPERATION part, click on Read
After complete read ECU, save your file to a certain folder
Check ECU plugin and tick Manual icon to view detail plugin
