MK3 Program Toyota VIOS 2014 G Chip when All Key Lost

MK3 MKIII Key programmer is good at programming Toyota and Lexus Smart key H/G Type. Here is a tutorial on programming Toyota VIOS 2014 G chip in EEPROM 93C66 when all key lost. Good luck!

 

Device Needed:

MasterKeyIII MK3 Key Programmer

Wellon VP380 Programmer

Vehicle model and year:

Toyota VIOS 2014

 

Following the procedure:

Before doing the job, you should take IMMO box from switch START, then take EEPROM 93C66 out

 

Read EEPROM 93C66 by WELLON Programmer, Click read

Read OK

Then save the file named “29102016-car2.bin” to desktop

Then open MK III “MasterKey3 software”

Then choose Utilites -> Key Generator -> Key By Dump

Choose T-> Toyota ->IMMO-> G Chip,93c66(immo Toyota 89780-xxxxx)

Next open EEPROM 93C66 file and it will show you the information of keys

 

Now this cat all key lost

Next i will show you how to make new key4 master

Put G chip on MK3 key programmer

Choose “Key4” and press WRITE button

Now already written new Key4 in EEPROM file

Then save to a new file

Next, write new file back to EEPROM 93C66

Use WELLON VP380 to open the saved new file to desktop

Put EEPROM 93C66 to adapter

Then press “Program” button

Programmed OK!!!

Finally, sold EEPROM93C66 back to PCB board

Now we make 2 master key and 1 valet key. Put the G chip into key shell

Try to use these keys to start car, all keys worked!
