Q: Is it possible to activate VW fuel pump by Launch X431 Creader Elite 2.0 BBA?
A: Yes. X431 Elite 2.0 BBA has a “Fuel Supply Pump Activation” function. You can perform it with the [Diagnose] function on the main menu. One customer tested it on a VW TDI R4 2.0L successfully.
Procedure:
Make sure the Creader Elite 2.0 BBA scanner is connected to VW vehicle via OBD diagnostic cable
Select Diagnose>> VW>> System Selection>> 01 Engine Electronics
Confirm the diagnose system and vehicle info
Select 04 Basic Settings>> Read By List>> 035, Fuel Supply Pump Activation>> ADJUST
It’s very easy and fast to operate. The fuel pump was activated without any issue after a while.
