Here we’ll provide the solution for Yanhua Mini ACDP 2 Android USB connection issue. When connecting ACDP to an Android phone with USB cable , the USB prompt pop-up window doesn’t appear in the software. As a result, the ACDP can’t be connected for a long time.
At this moment, we need to check the status of the OTG switch on Android phone.
- Go to “Settings” of Android phone;
- Enter “OTG” in the search bar, click on “OTG connection”;
- We can see the prompt that “Automatically turns off not used for 10 mins”, turn on the OTG swtich;
- Go back to ACDP software, the USB prompt pop-up window will then appear, click “Close >> OK”.
Now the Android phone can be successfully connected to Mini ACDP.
