BMW G Series BDC3 Key Copy by Yanhua ACDP2

Now Yanhua Mini ACDP1/ACDP2 can support key copy function for 2020-2024 BMW G series BDC3 smart key (Hungary key) /U series BCP ICP key (with and without UWB functionality).

This guide explains how to successfully clone a BMW BDC3 key.

 

Required Equipment:

• Yanhua ACDP2/ACDP Key Programmer
• Yanhua Module 38 License
• Yanhua BMW BDC3/BCP ICP Interface Board

 

Procedure:

1. Software Installation

• Install latest ACDP software:
• ACDP1: App v1.0.64+
• ACDP2: App v2.0.8+
• PC Software: v3.0.141+
• iOS App: v3.6.4+

 

2. Key Verification

Remove key rear cover

Verify: BMW BDC3 key for G-Chassis, Hungary manufacture (2020-2024)

 

3. Initial Setup

Launch ACDP II software

Select BMW-> BDC3/BCP ICP Copy Key-> Special Function

 

4. Original Key Identification

Choose ‘Identify Key Info by BAV Adapter’

Connect ACDP to BAV adapter

Insert original key-> Read & save key data

 

5. Data Extraction

Return to previous menu-> Select ‘Help for G-BDC3 (NCF2953)’

Connect: Original key, BDC3 ICP board, Mini ACDP unit

 

Select ‘G-BDC3 (NCF2953) -> Read Orig-Key Data’

Verify key information-> Confirm to proceed

 

6. Data Backup

Backup key data (.bin format)

Record: File path, date/time, VIN, Key ID

 

7. Key Programming

Replace with blank key

Select ‘Write New Key Data’

Important: Original key must be disconnected

 

Confirm new key is blank

Select original key backup file

 

Verify original key info-> Write data

 

8. Verification

Swap Yanhua ACDP BMW BDC3 ICP board for BAV adapter

Insert new key-> Special Function-> Identify Key Info

Confirm new key data matches original
