How to Proceed:
1.Verify Compatibility: Use the BENCH identification feature on your AutoTuner tool to confirm your ECU is eligible.
2.Send for Service: Ship your unopened, intact ECU to an Autotuner service center.
3.Receive & Proceed: Autotuner will remotely unlock your ECU and ship it back, ready for you to perform BENCH or OBD operations with your AutoTuner ECU Programmer.
Please Note: The unlock process resets the ECU to its factory state. Any stored tuning files will be lost.
Good to Know: Recent dealership software updates will not affect this service. Your ECU remains eligible even after an official update.
