Customer problem:
I cannot find any car model in the menu of my Lonsdor K518ISE after updating.
OBDExpress.co.uk engineer replied:
Please operate as follows:
Select “One click update”
And then select “Force update”
After that, you can go back to main menu to check if the car list appears.
If still cannot be solved, try the methods below.
1.Update K518 device again
- Do factory reset.
The above methods apply to K518 PRO as well.
