BMW ISTA-D 4.27.20 ISTA-P 3.67.1.006 Not Activated Solution

Problem:

Installed BMW ISTA-D 4.27.20 ISTA-P 3.67.1.006 on Dell E6430 ATG in Win 10 on first Hard disk, and used second port CD/DVD Dell cartridge, I boot on after many time of trying now I know where boot on so I just install Graphic display driver and pci bus driver, then I tried to open ISTA-P and ISTA and message show not activated need to enter key.
