This is tutorial on how to make a KD FGB Remote for 2023 BMW X3 G Chassis BDC03 with KEYDIY KD-X4 Key Programmer. Prepare an original car key and a new FGB key that can be used for BMW CAS4/4+, BMW G/U chassis.
Now let’s perform the KEYDIY Key Adding.

Follow the diagram to solder the original key with KD-X4.
Select “Add key”.
Current functionality supports key addition only for select models. Keys manufactured between 2020-2024 with “Hungary” marked in the upper-right corner after removing the key cap exhibit higher success rates.
Click OK.
- This function requires an original factory ignition key.
- During key addition, key chip data must be read. Please connect the key wiring per the tutorial beforehand.
Click OK to continue.
Place the original car key into the induction coil to read data.
Start identifying >> OK >> Read NCF29Ax Chip Data >> OK >> Start execution
The data file has been read out, save it.
Remove the original key and replace KD FGB23 Remote.
Press OK to start generating data.
Generation successful.
Finally, let’s test the new key.
Remote control works normally, the engine starts normally.
All functions are normal.
