Program BMW 523i EWS3 chip 7935 and remote by Xhorse VVDI Tools

Confirmed! Remotes to Bmw 523i E39 2003 can be programmed by vvdi prog and vvdi2, cut by Condor XC-mini and generated by vvdi keytool.

Step 1: VVDI-Prog reads chip data

 

EWS3 box read ic: 0D69J use EWS3 adapter and VVDI Prog

Connect EWS3 adapter and soldering cable same as the diagram

Type: immobilizer; brand: bmw, chip: ews3-kline(od69j)

Connect 12v dc to VVDI-Prog

Read and save dump file

 

Step 2: VVDI2 programs a new remote

 

Vvdi2 Transponder programmer

Immobilizer data tool

Euro BMW EWS3 use chip 7935 blank for program

Load eeprom/dump file, choose not use key position

Put chip 7935 and make a dealer key

Prepare a dealer key successfully. Now the key can start the engine

 

Step 3: Condor Mini cuts a new key

 

 

Step 4: Test the new key

 

Test the new dealer key to check if it works good as the original or not

Before test, you should install the EWS3 box and try to start

Turn on for a second to synchronize the new key

The car start successfully

 

Step 5: VVDI Keytool generates a remote

 

Remote can be generated by VVDI Key Tool and programmed manually

Manually program the key
