Launch X431 IMMO Elite can support VW/Audi MQB platform gearbox ECU replacement or cloning. This is an operation guide on how to clone MQB DQ200(0AM) gearbox for key programming. Need to use X-PROG 3 included in package.
Operation Process
Step1. Backup Original Data
IMMO PROG >> OK
Please simultaneously connect X431 IMMO Elite & X-PROG3
OK >> Gearbox >> VW/Audi >> DQ200-MQB(0AM)
ECU may be damaged due to erratic reading and writing data of Bluetooth or WiFi in bench mode. Please use USB to connect the device and connector.
Please connect according to the straight line connection diagram.
Please connect original ECU to X431 IMMO Elite according to the picture and power the device on.
Press “Connect”.
Chip ID was read out. Press “OK”.
Backup EEPROM data >> Save EEPROM data file
Backup FLASH data >> Save FLASH data file
Press “Disconnect”.
Step2. Write Data
Connect X431 IMMO Elite to a second-hand gearbox to be cloned.
Backup EEPROM & FLASH data as step1.
Restore EEPROM data & FLASH data in step1.
Disconnect after all data is successfully written.
Done.
Now the MQB DQ200(0AM) gearbox clone is successful, and can be used to program keys.
