How to solve SDconnect DAS CAL error number 830

Issue from sd connect c4 user:

Hello  i have installed Xentry/Das. After i made xentry and das registration i have error connection. I have try many bin files but the same.
When SDconnect C4recognise car voltage, can’t recognise vin so doesn’t make diagnosis !

DAS CAL830 error is because this new DAS was never intended to be used with an old Part D MUX..

To solve DAS CAL830 error:

Change bin file

Before change bin you must rename your old bin..
Maybe you already have Mixed bin at your DASprogram..
