Fixed: KT200 “Sendo log file to support@dfbtechnology.com” Error

Problem: KT200 Auto Version popped up a prompt when I was programming ECU. It says: “ERROR!!! Send log file to support@dfbtechnology.com” “TURN THE DASHBOARD OFF AND BACK ON, THEN WAIT FOR 10s BEFORE CONTINUE.”

 

What’s the problem? Please help.

Solution

  1. Close antivirus software;
  2. Close firewall;
  3. Change to another stable Network or hotspot;
  4. Check if the ECU connection is all correct;
  5. Turn the jumper wire switch to ON.
