I purchased MB SD C4 Plus and the latest software V2021.03, I was sent a replacement HDD due to Windows forced update. I installed the new HDD on the original laptop and 2 of my own personal laptops. It isn’t working properly.
I asked for Windows 10 Pro to be loaded, so I can change updates behavior in group policy to stop forced updates. None of the programs (Xentry, EWA) are working and I am unable to connect to WiFi. The system does not recognize ANY networks I know are available. The Windows software isn’t activated either and I don’t know if that is causing problems. And if I try to enter group policies on the machine I am told I don’t have authorization.

The HDD is in my HP G60 currently, as Spencer recommended, not the ThinkPad that was sent with the multiplexer and cables. Does it need to go back into the ThinkPad?
If there is no problem with the Thinkpad computer, you can go it back. If you want to use it on your own computer, you need to reactivate the software.
Ok. I’d like to use mine if it doesn’t matter. I don’t understand what you meant about the network driver. I apologize I’m literate but not proficient with computers.
You just said that your computer cannot connect to a wifi network, so I think your computer should not have the wlan network card driver installed, you need to repair the network card driver.
