Autel IM608 Mazda 5 2015 “Keyless system malfunction” Solution

One user feedback: used Autel IM608 to add a key to a Mazda 5 2015, everything works fine only issuen “keyless system malfunction”, please look at the error images below.

Possible reason and solution:

Wrong key

Delete all keys add back in using correct key type

Problem fixed.

If this is original key 13E01 than it should be 433Mhz not 315. did the new key run keyless entry-lock-unlock? If the freq wrong the prox will program but no lock unlock work.
