What’s New? AutoTuner ECU Programmer now adds support for the Continental 5WY8 ECU used across Ford Group vehicles from 2004–2015. The new AT Protocol enables 100% OBD (Normal Read – NR) communication, allowing calibration read/write without ECU removal or bench connections.
This release covers a wide range of Ford, Lincoln, and Mazda applications, including V6, V8, and V10 engines, while maintaining fast read/write performance and automatic checksum correction.

Why This Update Matters
This AT Protocol expands AutoTuner ECU Tool coverage for Continental 5WY8 ECUs, providing direct OBD Normal Read (NR) access for supported Ford Group vehicles. With MPC5554 support, calibration read/write, automatic checksum correction, and read/write times of 3 minutes and 3 minutes 15 seconds, workshops can complete supported ECU programming tasks entirely through the diagnostic port without removing the ECU.
