Case problem:
Zafira won’t start after BDM ktag edc16c39
First time I read EEPROM and extflash for backup (this ECU don`t have micro)
I write remap file with KTAG all ok..no errors
Car starts and after 3 seconds stops. ERROR “Injector malfunction cylinder 1, 4)
Write the original back, ext flash and EEPROM, same problem!
ECU is intact after open no hardware damage.
ECU chip tunning to use:
ktag v2.13 fw V7.003. I bought from obdexpress.co.uk for 2 years, they always dispatch package within 24 hours and with considerate after-sales service, ktag is multi options for different versions, and I recommend this:

Analysis:
ECU is damaged when opened, take other used ECU and clone.
Case solved finally!!!
I buy another ECU and use ktag v2.13 fw V7.003 write EEPROM and external flash from old ECU and now car is ok
Probably ECU damaged over malefic forces….no hardware damages by my fault

Last but not least, it is easy for me to use ktag v2.13 fw V7.003 to write EEPROM and external flash from old ECU, but if you have no ideal on how to do, recommend you a video demo, which will show you how to install ktag v2.13 driver and use it to do car.
